Public Paint and Sip Events
Attendees can receive refunds or credit up to 14 days before the event start date.
Incase of event cancellation due to Department of Health COVID restrictions or any other reasons, credit or complete refund will be offered.
Private & Corporate Events
Deposits paid are non-refundable.
We can offer a reschedule/ change of date at no extra cost if a notice of 30 days is provided.
Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.
We do not offer refund/credit in case any cancellations are made after the final payment.
Incase of cancellation due to COVID restrictions, the event can be rescheduled to our next available date at no extra cost.
Our store is hosted on WordPress/WooCommerce. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my artworks to you. Your data is stored through WooCommerce data storage.
Payments must be made via the Stripe payment gateway to complete your purchase in the shopping cart.
Credit cards accepted by Stripe are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Returns and refunds
No refunds for change of mind once you have placed your order. Please contact Kerry directly if you have any concerns regarding your purchase.
No returns or refunds on original artwork or commissioned artwork. All commissions are created as an interpretation of the client brief. Colours and details will vary as each piece is an original one-of-a-kind work of art.
Faulty or Damaged items
If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging, as well as photographing the damaged product inside and email photographs to Kerry with your concerns.
Kerry will not be held responsible for items proven lost in transit.
Free shipping in Australia
Australia wide, shipping is free. The price you see on the checkout is all inclusive and there are no additional costs required. We will attempt to have your artwork sent within five (5) business days; and delivered within fourteen (14) business days (please allow longer for rural areas). An email will be sent to you about the shipping of the artwork. When we book a courier, your artwork is fully insured against loss and damage.
